A New Home for Turquiose

Turquoise, our Red Eared Slider, went to a new "forever" home today. She had outgrown her tank and was in desperate need of more swimming space. The girls were so sad to see her go, but her new owner, Chuck, went out of his way to make it easy on them. They got to feed all the turtles and visit his frog pond and play with his dog. They also got to peek at the turtle eggs Chuck is incubating. In the backyard, he has an above ground pool that he has converted into a turtle pond with over 60 different turtles. He has land and water turtles and a wonderful outdoor habitat that is truly Turtle Heaven!

Thank you for the many wonderful years we were able to have with your precious turtle. We loved taking care of her. Turquoise seems so happy swimming with the other turtles. We know she loves her new home!
